Summer Is Over

It's official...

Summer is over ...

Well it is for me.

As I sit here at almost 1 o'clock in the morning, it begins to set in that I need to get up in 5 hours.....

But I can't sleep.....

I've been up late all summer....

The earliest I was up was around 7 am...once...and I could take a nap later in the day if needed.....

Yep, it's official....summer is over.....and tomorrow is going to be one LONG day!

I'm sitting here kind of sad when I think about what I have done/haven't done this summer.

When I compare myself to others....I start to get sad that I haven't traveled.....we didn't even go home this summer and see family. I'm sad about that! I've seen some pictures of my teacher counterparts doing amazing things this summer from traveling to getting married....maybe I'm just jealous because I haven't even left the town all summer. It's hitting me hard that summer is over....

I wonder what I'll say when someone asks how my summer was, someone I know had a wonderful summer....should I just smile and say that my summer was nice? Why am I feeling like someone is better than me just because they looked like they did more this summer according to social media...yep it's hitting me hard...summer is over....

It makes me think about how some of my students may feel. They may feel like they didn't really do anything because their family was low on cash....or whatever. It made me feel a little better that I can say, "it's ok, I didnt travel to Europe...or go on a cruise this summer either." Maybe it's good that I know their pain....pain that summer is officially over!

Sitting here I realize that I need to stop comparing myself to others! My summer revolved around PT for a pulled neck muscle and saving/paying as much as I could to get out of debt! It's been tough...but that's not "nothing!" It took planning, patience, faith, and courage. For once in my life, I had to make a budget, and stick to it! I had to say "no" to things that were not in my monthly budget. I made payments daily....and while summer is officially over, a new financially fit chapter can now begin!

Happy New School Year to all of my teacher friends whether you sat at home or traveled the world....we ALL did something amazing!!!  Just don't forget about those students who didn't travel when you talk about your amazing trip....make their smallest story worth something too!!!! ❤❤❤❤

Summer may be over but the lifelong lessons live on!!!! Everyone has a story....just don't be afraid to share it....and stop comparing yourself to others!!!! You're amazing too!!!!

Phase 3- End of Ultimate Reset! Complete Review

Let me start by giving you a brief overview of what the Ultimate Reset is:

The Ultimate Reset is a 21 day program.
In these 21 days, you follow a recommended meal plan and supplements.
In just 21 days, the Ultimate Reset can help you gently restore your body to its original "factory settings," to help you:
Flush your organs of toxins *
Improve your digestion *
Increase energy *
Have a more positive mood and better focus *
Lose weight (and improve your BMI) *
Lower your cholesterol *
Eliminate dependencies on sugar and caffeine *
Improve your overall health. *

* In an open-label clinical study, 50 participants followed the Ultimate Reset's supplements and clean eating program for 21 days. After the program, participants in the study achieved healthy weight loss and experienced significant improvements in several key markers of health, including improving their BMI, cholesterol, and blood pressure level already within normal healthy range. *
**These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.**
The following are MY results only.

In those 21 days , you will be taking your body through eliminating items from your diet that may be causing anything from inflammation to bloating. You start off eating a pretty regular balanced diet with items like meat, fish, eggs, and yogurt. When you finish the 21 days , you will be on a vegan diet which is focused on plant-based protein and centered around healthy fruits and vegetables.

I'll be the first to tell you that I know I don't eat enough fruits and vegetables. For me, this is one of the top reasons why I drink Shakeology. I know that my diet just not get me all of the vitamins, minerals and probiotics that I need to function at an optimal level.

I'm busy - I'm a mom, a teacher, a blogger, a coach and I am on a budget. Shakeology fits into my budget, so why would I not be drinking Shakeology during the Ultimate Reset? The answer is : while during the Ultimate Reset , instead of drinking your calories , you want to be aware of how you're eating, what you're eating and actually chewing your food. For me , I spent these 21 days actually paying attention to what I was eating and removing the distractions caused by eating while I was working at the computer or eating while I was watching TV. I spent the time eating focused only on the food and I stopped when I was full. It was NOT a starvation diet, NOT a "cleanse" or a "SHAKE DIET." I was eating real food that was available in the stores- I found most items in the regular grocery store and the speciality items- like seaweed or tempeh were available at Whole Food. I have to admit the first week was expensive- I spent over $100 on food. But, weeks 2 and 3, I spent less and less because items like seasonings could be used over and over again. Week 2 I spent around $50 and week 3 I spent around $30.  I was actually surprised at how much food there really was to chose from. I've experienced foods that I would never normally make myself- like miso soup....and I learned that I do not like sea weed one bit!

I will give you a little insight into the menus for the different phases.

Phase 1: Reclaim-
Supplements include: Power Greens, Mineralize, Soothe, Optimize.
Sample meals include items like: scrambled eggs with toast for breakfast. A micrgreen salad with miso soup for lunch. Baked salmon, asparagus, and potatoes for dinner. (After day 2, there is no meat or fish). Week 1 is all about removing  the animal proteins.

Phase 2: Release-
Supplements include: Power Greens, Mineralize, Soothe, Optimize, Detox.
Sample meals include items like: fresh seasonal fruit plate for breakfast. Quinoa-Lentil pilaf, cucumber and tomato salad and avocado for lunch. Hearty vegetable miso soup, 1 cup cooked quinoa, and 1 cup steamed swiss chard for dinner.

Phase 3: Restore-
Supplements include: Power Greens, Mineralize, Soothe, Optimize, Revitalize.
Sample meals include items like: fresh sesaonal fruit plate for breakfast. Asian cabbage salad, avocado, and miso soup for lunch. Baked sweet potato and garlic veggies for dinner.

****All recipes for each phase are included with the program including salad dressings! ******

I have to be honest , there were many days that I was tired and I laid down and took a nap. There were many days that I would sleep in and I was able to since I'm a teacher and I was off for the summer. I picked these 21 days specifically for a reason. I knew that I wanted to finish up before the school year started. And that's exactly what I did. Part of me regretted starting it because I felt like it was going to rush me through my summer break... that I was going to lose time.... that I would be so focused on what I was eating or what I was not eating and then I would just be miserable to be around. But what I learned about my body was- that I can function by cutting out meat-I'm still getting protein; I'm still getting the carbs that my body needs. I learned from doing the Ultimate Reset was that instead of trying to rush through the program... instead of just trying to get finished for once... I was able to just enjoy the process enjoy each day even if it was hard and I didn't know if I was going to be able to make it through, I knew that I would; I trusted in the process and if I needed support, I would really rely on my challenge groups- they would answer questions and lend support and since they were either currently doing or had done the program, they knew exactly what I was going through.

When I start a new program, I usually will be on point for about three to four days, then I will start cheating. The Ultimate Reset really made me realize that I can make it through without cheating and honestly I did cheat! I had things that I wasn't supposed to have- like bacon, pizza and sandwiches. You know what??? I don't regret it!!! I don't feel bad about it; I don't feel like I need to redo the whole process because I "messed up". I acknowledged my cheats and realize that it was all a part of the process for me- for learning something different about myself and that I didn't need to beat myself up for having a piece of pizza or bacon or whatever it was that I had.

I learned that I realize very heavily on my workouts to get me through the day... to get me through my life... to literally calm the craziness. I sweat out my emotions- the frustration- the anxieties- the worries- the depression and honestly I wasn't sure what I was going to do with cutting them out but since my body was in detox mode, I didn't have the energy and the stamina to put in an intense workout that was going to burn 500 calories. So a few of the days, I took a yoga class. I also did some Tai Cheng workouts, or some days, I would take a walk, a swim, or a bicycle ride.

Moving forward, now that I've completed the program and I've learned so much about myself (You may not have known that I hate taking pills, medication, supplements...anything that I have to swallow...but I did it; it wasn't so bad; I survived). I now can finally devote myself to a new workout plan and not feel guilty or selfish about devoting those 30 minutes a day to myself. I know that I need that time and I'm looking forward to adding back in vegan chocolate Shakeology I have really missed it so much- more than I ever thought that I would! It's funny how something as small as a shake can literally change your life. I'm excited to start Country Heat workouts and slowly bring back the foods that I've eliminated!  I've thought about keeping up with a vegan lifestyle and these are a few of the things that I plan to do :
- surround my meals with fruits and vegetables
- drink my Shakeology for breakfast so that I know I'm getting in the healthiest meal of the day
- encourage others in my household to try to eat healthier foods and not rely on processed foods for every meal
- to continue to cut out / rarely go to fast food restaurants
- to continue to check into my challenge groups and to give my clients and customers support no matter what challenges they're going through
- to continue to push play everyday and make time to get my workout in

I'm a pretty clean eater as well, with my normal cheats and sweets. The biggest thing I was concerned about was possibly losing muscle from not working out, but that didn't happen. I was 153 when I started and dropped to 143. Anything under 150 and I'm happy. My goal weight is about 130. I'm only 5'2". Ultimate Reset definitely helped give me the kick start I needed to get out of my "funk", and appreciate my workouts once again... You know what they say "You'll miss them when they're gone"....and I did miss the workouts and the shakeology!  I'm thankful I did the Ultimate Rest; even though I didn't have "extreme results." P.S. I kept the grains in the last week. If I would have eliminated them, I'm sure I would have dropped more weight too.

If you would like more information about the Ultimate Reset, to see if the program may be for you, or if you would like to try any of the other programs, please email me at coachfreezeframe34@gmail.com. I will always recommend that you consult with your medical provider before starting this or any program especially if you have any medical concerns or conditions.
I look forward to hearing from you! If you have completed the Ultimate Reset before, please feel free to comment below! If you have any questions, feel free to post those too!

Phase 2 - Ultimate Reset Complete!

Week 2 of Ultimate Reset- Complete!

I have to be honest- this week has been really, really tough! I've allowed myself some cheats and it's definitely showing in my progress.

I've lost another 2 lbs. and 3 inches but I know I could lose more! I know I should be celebrating but I'm focusing on the negative....the part where I know I can do better. I know I deserve better!

I've learned a few things along the way though:
  • I've learned that I'm stronger than I ever thought I was.
  • I learned that my body CRAVES carbs and when I don't eat meat, I'm fine....but when I don't have carbs, I can be downright nasty!
  • I've learned that I can go 21 days without alcohol even during the summer when I'm "off" and all of my friends are drinking. I've said 'No" to a couple parties because I just don't think I could make it! I don't trust that I wouldn't cheat!
  • I've learned that I rely on my workouts to get me through the craziness and I am absolutely missing my workouts sessions! I'm looking forward to getting back on track with my workouts, my nutrition, and my shakeology!
Why am I not drinking shakeology right now you ask???? Because the ultimate reset is focused on healthy eating....and you actually chewing your food. You learn to listen to your body and you stop eating when you are full. You learn your hunger cues and how to decide if you're really hunger, or if you are thirsty....or just eating your emotions.

  • I always thought I was an emotional eater, and this program confirms it. I would kill myself at the gym for some sweets and junk! When I don't have the gym, I'm feeling lost!!! I know it's only 21 days....I will finish....and I will come out stronger!!!!

Phase 1 of Ultimate Reset Progress

I am so excited to share with you my progress and results from the first week of the Ultimate Reset program. The first phase I completed is called "Reclaim." I will start by telling you what the Ultimate Reset is and isn't. First off, it is not a diet, it's not a cleanse, it's not drinking shakes all day....IT is eating real food...no shakes...no starving! When you are doing the ultimate reset, you are spending 21 days learning how to feel better....how to take care of your body....you are taking care of yourself by learning how and when to eat.....how much water to drink and at what time....you are giving your body time to rest and also release all of those toxins in your body....not just the physical toxins....that negative energy and those negative thoughts too!!!

During my first week, I admit that I cheated. I had a piece of peach and prosciutto flatbread with fresh mozzarella. OMG was it good!!! I didn't beat myself up. At that very moment, I didn't care about the reset....I didn't care about my progress. I cared about eating that food! Other than the one cheat, I stayed on track!

In one week, I've lost 7.5 inches....
my BMI has decreased by 1.1....
my body fat has decreased by .4...
and I've lost 6.2 lbs!!!

Now I know what you're thinking....it's all water weight....You'll gain it back when you start eating the junk again.....That my results aren't that much....but I'm happy to report that while phase 1 is over....I still have two more phases to complete! I can't wait to see and share where this program takes me!!!!

What I Learned By Completing a "Diet Bet"

I decided to invest in myself and complete a diet bet! I will walk you through my thought process, the feelings attached to weight gain and loss, how alcohol can sabotage your results, and the rewards when you finish what you set out to accomplish!

The premise of Diet Bet is simple- you select a game, pay to play, lose the weight, and split the pot. Sounds easy right????

I'll let you know why my first game came as a struggle, but why I decided to roll right into the next game!

Deciding to Start-
Let me just say, that the conversation with my neighbor started like this. We are at the kitchen table, both on our phones scrolling through Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram. We are sipping wine and from time to time, we'll show each other a funny picture or start talking about a healthy recipe we want to try. "I really want to lose weight," she says. "Me too. Me too," I say. We start throwing around ideas....."Maybe I should: join a gym....buy another workout program....eat healthier.....drink more shakes.....work on portion control....buy some of those home direct meals....." So we share some recipes and the idea of a diet bet comes up. "I'm in if you're in" and so it begins. We paid our $30 and then we had to lose 4% in 4 weeks. For me, that was a little over 6 pounds.

Starting-
The day of weigh in and I'm the heaviest I've been in a long time. I was 160 pounds when I delivered my daughter----that was 8 years ago. I had climbed to 158.6 and that was WAY TOO close to 160! (Before you freak out and say it's not that much- keep in mind I'm only 5'2....ok, ok, I'm 5'1 and 3/4 of an inch...so I round up)- The point is, my BMI was 29.8. I was overweight.....I honestly hadn't been on the scale in a while, and I can see why. I wasn't happy with that number and it was easier to avoid the scale than to do something about it. I was sporadically logging my meals into My Fitness Pal, but every day I was going over my recommended calories, so I just stopped logging. I didn't like seeing the message telling me, "If every day was like today, in 4 weeks you would weigh 'xyz'."  I was even more sporadic with my workouts. I "work" as an independent beachbody coach but I had no desire to reach out to others because I myself was struggling. (I say "work" because I was not actively "working" just enjoying the discount on the products that were sitting on my shelf collecting dust).... I had given up. I thought to myself, "If I can't do this, how on Earth am I going to get others to join me and trust me with their results?"  Truth is, it wasn't the programs or the apps or the nutrition that were  failing me...."I" was failing "me" by not being consistent. I had all of the tools necessary to win this thing but I just wasn't sure if I was strong enough to believe I could do it.  I got on the scale that morning on 5/8/2016 and weighed in at 158.6 and I decided I would never see that number again....ever! But I wasn't going to starve; I wasn't going to hurt myself with a crazy workout regime; honestly, I wasn't sure if I would make my goal. I wasn't even sure if I cared enough about the money...I mean it's only $30 right? But the diet bet was more than just the money....it was the thought of "winning".....not just the competition but the idea that I was a "winner" instead of a big, fat, loser.

For the actual weigh in, you are given a "code" word to prevent cheating. My "code word was "lily" and since I started at 158.6, I needed to weigh in at 152.3 in order to "win". That gave me 4 weeks to lose 4%.

The Process-
At first, I decided to record my weight just so that I could see how much it fluctuated from day to day, and literally from night to day! What I learned was, some mornings I weighed more than the night before! This was usually when I ate right before bed, but still...I never thought I would gain weight in my sleep!!! When I logged my meals daily into My Fitness Pal, I wasn't surprised at what I saw. I logged everything, and I mean everything....that little scoop of ice cream....logged....that shake of PB2 in my shakeology....logged. That 10 minute bicycle ride....logged. At first, I though this was going to be easy, especially when I hit the threshold between losing and winning after day 7. I just have to maintain.....I can do this I thought. But after 4 days, my weight went up a little....not too much, but anything over 152.3 meant I lost...so even 152.4 deemed me a "loser". I felt a little pressure- stress I put on my self.
  • "What if I fail?"
  • "What if I lose the money?"
  • "This is just great...I put it on my credit card...now I have to pay even more....with interest"
  • "I should have never even started this"
    • were all thoughts going through my head.
I noticed that when my weight was down (around the winning number) I felt energized; I felt great; I felt like I could do this! When my weight went up (and it did- especially when I was stressed- it was the end of the school year by the way and I was busy, busy, busy!), I felt worse; I left like I should just pour another glass of wine; I felt anxiety about failing; I felt depressed for not wanting to do more; I felt like it might just be out of my control. If you look at My Fitness Pal, the days I drank- whether it was wine or beer, I consumed more calories- sometimes over 1,000 more than recommended (my calorie range is around 1,300- and no one is recommended to dip below 1,200 calories despite how much weight you are trying to lose- no starving and no dropping too much weight too fast too soon only to gain it back and more!!!!) With these added calories from alcohol, I was eating more and feeling more and more depressed. Believe me, I love a glass of wine or a cold beer on a hot day, but drinking was doing more harm than good, especially in my problem area- my belly! I noticed that even one drink was causing me to bloat up and the weight would stay up for at least a day or two- sometimes 4 or 5 days! I decided that last week, no more drinking....I could earn one after the last weigh in (and I did indulge....and feel the bloat... and the number on the scale went up!)  But, I made it.....I "won".

Finishing Up-
I had pretty much decided that this was going to be a one-time thing. I set out to accomplish what I said I would do, and I pretty much went on an emotional roller-coaster- I put myself in a place I didn't really want to be. The game was supposed to be fun, but I turned it into more than just a game...it was a mission. Some missions are good, but some are bad. The fact that I was weighing myself every day and night was not healthy, and the feelings I attached as my weight fluctuated were down right emotionally destructive. I finished my diet bet under my goal- I had lost 8.8 pounds and weighted in at 149.8. I should be happy now, right? No, I'm not...because that's not where I want to be.....but its' a start and I'll take it! :) I thought long and hard about sharing my journey and my struggles- it's not easy. But, I know I'm not alone.....I know there are people out there
that are unhappy with their weight....they attach their feelings to the scale, and they get down when the scale number is up- I know I'm not alone. But, by putting myself out there, I can share in this journey and mission to becoming #InshapeForever with others. I never said it would be easy....I never said you weren't going to have to work.....but your health is worth it.....you are worth it!

Rewards-
It took me getting out of my comfort zone and trying something new to learn about myself. I now know how my body responds to what I put into it. I wouldn't recommend recording your weight every day like I did- but I did learn that I put way too much pressure on myself and that I put way too much emphasis on what I weigh and how I look. But I know that it's up to me to do something about it and to be a positive role model and lead my daughter into achieving goals in a healthy way....that means physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I decided to do another diet bet, but this one is going to be different- not only because it's only $10 instead of  $30, but because I'm going in with a completely different mindset. I'm recording my weight (for observation and blogging purposes only) and I'm removing my negative feelings. I'm more than I number on the scale.....I am a teacher, a mother, a friend, a coach, and if I can reach my goals....then you can trust me to help you reach yours!

If you hit her up at the right time (and the right amount of wine,) she'll definitely be in :) She is currently doing Summer Slimdown which runs until July 3rd. All bets are off July 4th as Julie will be celebrating the wonderful USA in many ways :) She plans to start a healthy round of 21 day fix on June 13th which will end on July 3rd, and she will start up a round of ultimate reset July 11- July 31st. Look for those blog posts to follow after completion of the programs or join in with her! It's never too late to start!

Cheers to starting a new diet bet right where the first one left off!!!!

P.S. Many people want to know how much money I won through the diet bet-The pot was $304,410, and there were 10,146 players. Remember you have to lose 4% in 4 weeks to "win" the pot. The company takes 25% to pay their referees, other employees, and adminstrative costs. But if everyone wins, the will eat their costs and you will earn your money back. So if you "win", you'll never lose money. My payout was $48. Since I paid $30 to play, I won $18 and I lost 8 pounds! But, remember, it's not about the money...or the weight...it's about being a winner, learning about yourself, and becoming a better version of you. (But a little extra money is ok too!)

Spring Break 2016

I have to admit, I'm really looking forward to having a week off as it's spring break 2016! We've already decided as a family to take this time to clean house and purge what we don't need!

Steve made a great point today which was, "God's given us everything that we needed. Honestly, he's given us a little too much, so we need to go through things and decide what we truly need, what we can give to others, and what we just need to discard."

Isn't that just true with life in general, too? We don't just need to clean the house, but often times we need to cleanse the body and the mind too.

Whether you have the week off for Spring Break 2016 or not, take some time this week so see what you have around that you could do without, and decide what you truly need.....and have a wonderful and blessed Easter!!!!!

Super Bowl 50

Watching Super Bowl 50 really got me reflecting!

It's been many years since I've been on a team playing sports and I really miss it!

You know what I miss the most? Sure the wins are nice, but it's the team....the people that you can count on. It's the people who have your back win or lose....those that bring out the best in you. The ones that encourage you even when you've played your worst....because they've seen you at your best. They know your potential and they're not satified with you giving up.

Whatever your "team" is, whether it's your family, or your co-workers, make sure you're pulling your part of the weight. Make sure you're giving your best, and demand that others do the same! Give complements and encouragement. And when someone is down, don't add salt to injury....help build them back up....you never know when you might be in the need for some encouragement too!

Letting Frustation Build and Letting Go

Let's cut to the chase! This week has been a stressful and busy one! I have tons of things to say, but I'm too exhausted to type it all out! Between birthday and work parties to emptying the last bit that was left in our church before it's going to be demolished, it's been a long and hard week!

Often when we have a week like this, we let our negative thoughts build.....and build.... and build, and instead of letting it go in a positive way,  we just explode. But after we explode,  there can be feeling of sadness,  remorse and even  guilt especially if we exploded on someone else. ALL too often we don't give ourselves breaks throughout the day to just breathe and let go of all of that negativity.

So this week I want you ( don't worry I'm going to do it too) to go on around your day and your week normally and  would you just allow yourself to take as many breaks as needed to just breathe??? You deserve it; your family deserves it; I deserve it; we all deserve it! We all have something positive to give so don't let that negativity shine through!

Have a great week! ❤

Tired of Quiting? Quit Quiting!!!!

You know what?

I'm tired.....but I want a change.
I have a vision but some times it's too blurry to see.
Often I give people so much that there is so litle or nothing left for me.
I know I was made for more....to do more....to see more....to say more....to change more....to be the person God wanted me to be.
Sometimes I just have to reflect on the person I was....The person I am....to change the person I want to be!

I know I can do it, and so can you. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to feel loved. You deserve it all!

Have a great week! Let's make this one the best week, month, and year yet!

P.S. I will be running a Family Fit Challenge starting February 1st. If you haven't liked my FB group yet, feel free to follow along in the fun! Adaptable for all ages! :) InShapeForever with Julie Freeze
Hope you can join! I know my family needs it!!!!

Weekly Goals

I just want to thank everyone who is following along at InShapeForever.Blogspot.com. It was a huge goal of mine to blog once a week every Sunday this year. I have to admit, I'm busy...I let my life get in the way, but I'm devoted to making my life work...my job work....my plan work....and that means I can help others....I can help you make your life work....your plan work....your job work....and you can help others!

I'm just so thankful that you're here, and I welcome you to follow me all of #2016. I can't wait to see what the future holds and God has planned!

Happy Sunday!

God Bless!

Keeping up with Resolutions

Let's be honest..... It's now the 2nd week in January and a lot of us have probably forgotten all about our New Year's resolutions already! A few of us will get off track and start back up, but quite a lot of us will give up too soon. We can forget why we started in the first place, or after a few minor setbacks, we're ready to throw in the towel!

Here are some tips:

◀Don't do too much too fast too soon!
Change one habit and once that is mastered, focus on another until you have changed everything you want to change!

◀No matter how hard it is, do not give up!
◀Enlist the help of family and and friends! Ask them to join you in a lifestyle change!
◀Be aware that everybody is unique and don't just pick some exercise or diet fad because you know someone who had success with it! Play into your personal interests and likes/dislikes
◀Don't be afraid to get help from professionals. From dieticians to trainers to coaches, these professionals may be well worth the investment to promote a healthy lifestyle and prevent injury.
◀ Have fun! Don't make your goals be too lofty that it's not fun to cook, clean, and just live!
◀Create a schedule that works for you and your busy lifestyle.
◀Take time to get organized. Organize your car, house, and lifestyle!
◀Most importantly, love yourself each and every day!

Happy Sunday!

2016 Goals for InShapeForever

It's the new year, and like many bloggers (who haven't blogged in a while), you may feel just like me....
✅Full of ideas but no motivation to make it happen.
✅Struggling to find the time to do things like washing the pile of clothes on the floor,  cleaning the dishes in the sink, or eating healthy, let alone planning out a whole blogpost!
✅Feeling like your blog became more of an obligation rather than something you want to do.
✅Guilty because you didn't "finish" something you started.

I'm right there with you! I've felt so much pressure (which no one has placed on me but myself). I've wanted to post more....do more....but I'm just so busy and I've let life get in the way!

I have a vision for #InShapeForever and I can't wait to make my dreams a reality!

I'm starting this year off with a few goals and I'd love your help on a few of them!

1) My first goal is to post EVERY Sunday! I'm carving out that time just for me (and you!). You see, I feel so much better when I get my intentions, my worries, my fears, my ambitions down on paper (and the internet). If you're a fellow blogger, pick a day that works for you, and make a goal....posting once a month, or once a week. For me, just blogging "when I got around to it" meant I haven't posted in months (thus the guilty feeling).

2) My second goal is to have a theme for this year (call it a resolution if you will). My theme is "less is more" and it totally aligns with the mission here at #InShapeForever for getting in shape physically, mentally, and spiritually! We all need to stress less, love more, give more, buy less,.....and the list goes on and on!

3) For my new goal to post every week (Sunday as I promised), I would like to feature one person each month who aligns with the mission here! If you or you know someone who would be interested in being feautured, comment your email below or email me directly at coachfreezeframe34@gmail.com!

4)Feel free to call me out if I fall short on my goals for this year!

I started this blog with everyone in mind, and if there is something you want to see, then tell me! I'm all open ears for suggestions! I'm here for me, but I'm also here for you!

Happy Sunday y'all! Have a blessed day and week until next Sunday!!!!
