Whether you are already in shape, or you have 5, 15, 25, or more pounds to lose, the most important thing to remember is never too late to get in shape.

No change is too small, but why wait? Start today!

Once you are in shape, the most important thing to remember is.....staying in shape takes a lot of determination, but the rewards always outweigh the sacrifices!

My elementary school physical education teacher and high school volleyball coach always said, "The easiest way to get into shape is to never get out of it." Words of wisdom for a lot of us athletes.

But maybe you had an illness or injury that caused you to become out of shape. Getting back into shape takes more than hard work; it's about rebuilding yourself from the inside out....Physically....Mentally.....Spiritually....
